The Qatar Business Incubation Centre was born with a vision to create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Qatar. Aysha was at the helm of this initiative, overseeing its growth from an idea into one of the largest mixed-use business incubators in the MENA region.

This initiative aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and reduce dependence on oil and gas revenues.

At QBIC, Aysha has been instrumental in its growth and success. The center provides essential support services to entrepreneurs, including funding, office space, mentorship, and guidance. Aysha’s strategic vision has helped QBIC incubate over 123 companies and generate significant economic impact.

She is currently the Director of Strategic Initiative Partnership Development in the CEO Office at the Qatar Foundation.
